Ohh, I almost forgot!! We went to Alaska in September. We went to Vancouver,
British Columbia and Boarded the Royal Caribbean " Serenade of the Seas" cruise Ship. We sailed to see the Hubbard glacier, a magnificent sight to see. Then on to Skagway, where we took the White Pass RR Through the yukon trail 3,000 ft above sea all the while hearing the stories of the gold rush. Next, we went Whale watching and actually got photograph of the largest Mammal on earth. Later we ventured to the Orca Lodge and had some of the best salmon you could imagine. All of this was in Juneau. We went "Dog sledding somewhere in here. We spotted the vaulted American Bald Eagle in his perch. Our final stop was Ketchikan the island. we cruised through the inside passage viewing the beautiful rustic scenery in the Misty Fjord. The ship was sleek, the food was fantastic and our last frontier in all of its magnicent scenery was just breath taking.
